Wolfram Demonstrations Project
Thousands of free interactive Mathematica demonstrations/visualizations in for math, science, music and art for all levels, including advanced mathematics. These require that you first download and install the free Mathematica Player; then you download the individual demonstrations.
Meant especially for K-2 children, KidsCalculate features a learning game with a treasure map, mini-games, and a student tracking system that covers the topics of counting, comparing, adding, subtracting, and multiplying. A version for computer, iPad, and Android are available. Free.

Mathwright Library and Cafe
The Mathwright Library (by subscription) is a growing collection of interactive, electronic mathematics and science WorkBooks and Microworlds for high school and college students. The Math Cafe has some of these WorkBooks as free demonstrations. They are multi-page dynamic mathematical explorations that put you in the drivers seat, let you ask your own questions, and let you learn at your own pace as they unfold their stories to you. For their WorkBooks you will need to download a free player. Microworlds requires Active-X enabled browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher).
Real World Algebra by Edward Zaccaro
Algebra is often taught abstractly with little or no emphasis on what algebra is or how it can be used to solve real problems. Just as English can be translated into other languages, word problems can be "translated" into the math language of algebra and easily solved.
