Algebra in the Real World
This is not technically a curriculum, but a DVD that includes short movies, showing how algebra is used in the real world, plus supplemental activities & lesson plans. On the website you can also view the movie clips for free. The DVD costs $95.

British (UK) online curricula
While these companies provide math instruction based on the British syllabus, math concepts are the same everywhere, and so the programs are definitely useful worldwide.
