HEALTH

Dr. David Williams.com
Dr. David Williams is a doctor who searches and researches the natural treatments and effects of different foods thoroughly before reporting the best ones in his Alternatives newsletter. Base on one of his articles in the September 1999 issue of his newsletter, I've written an article on Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD), dangers of Ritalin and suggested alternatives, and children's nutrition and intelligence.

Fats That Heal, Fats That Kill: The Complete Guide to Fats, Oils, Cholesterol and Human Health
One of the best health books I've read has been Udo Erasmus' Fats That Heal; Fats That Kill. It was an eye-opener for me to learn that margarine and supermarket vegetable oils are bad for us and are already rancid since they are processed so much. You can find articles and info about the good fats on Udo's website. Go flax!

The Human Brain from Franklin Institute Online
Get to know your brain the food it likes, the challenges it craves, the rest it requires, the protection it deserves.

P.S. ....

Check out these short video clips from my favorite band - Rockabilly.US. They play oldies, Elvis, country, and top hits of the 50s and 60s. It's a show with large band, costumes, choreography, little skits, "Kid Kritters", 6 dancing/singing girls, junior dancer troupe, etc.

"Be My Baby"
originally by the Ronettes

Impossible Dream (Elvis song)
Most importantly, the band wants to use the uplifting and energetic music to bring some fun, happiness and encouragement into people's lives. They're doing it selflessly to help others, and don't get paid for any of it themselves. And I admire that!
